Join Our Mission to Help Men Heal

Vital Mental Health is growing—and we're looking for part-time therapists who are passionate about helping men and couples heal.

We specialize in working with men who often carry unspoken pain: veterans, partners in crisis, couples, men struggling with compulsive behaviors, and those feeling emotionally disconnected. Our approach is trauma-informed, relational, and grounded in deep respect for each client’s story.

This role is ideal for therapists who:

  • Want to work in a flexible, part or full-time capacity

  • Are drawn to depth-oriented, clinical work

  • Value collaboration, integrity, and personal growth

  • Have experience (or strong interest) in treating men’s mental health issues and relational distress

If you’re looking to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and mission-driven environment, we’d love to hear from you.
