Adam Wick

LPC, LADC-S, CSAT

I am passionate about helping men navigate the challenges of trauma, addiction, and emotional disconnection. My work focuses on supporting individuals who feel stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed, empowering them to break free from destructive patterns and rebuild lives rooted in integrity, connection, and growth.

I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a powerful evidence-based approach for healing trauma and addressing its long-term effects. Whether you’re facing struggles with addiction, compulsive behaviors, or unresolved pain, I use EMDR and other effective strategies to help you process and move forward. I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where we can work together to understand the root causes of your challenges and develop tools to navigate life’s complexities.

Men’s mental health is my primary focus because I understand the unique pressures and barriers many men face when it comes to seeking support. My goal is to provide direct, compassionate care that helps you build resilience, strengthen relationships, and achieve meaningful change.
